French Mirage 2000 fighter jets to visit Lapland Air Wing

Lapland Air Wing hosts a detachment of three French Air and Space Force Mirage 2000 fighter jets at Rovaniemi Air Base between 22 and 30 April 2025.

During the visit, the Mirage 2000 fighter jets will conduct flight operations from Rovaniemi Air Base. The French detachment’s deployment to Rovaniemi is part of the bilateral defence cooperation between Finland and France as NATO Allies.
