19.4.2024 | The Air Force Academy received an international addition in autumn 2023 as three pilot trainees and one flight instructor from the Royal Norwegian Air Force arrived in Finland for training cooperation.

15.2.2024 | The Finnish Air Force will arrange the Hanki 24 air exercise from 26 February to 2 March 2024. Approximately 40 aircraft and 3,800 airmen will participate in the exercise.

18.10.2021 | The Finnish Air Force will deploy F/A-18 Hornet multi-role fighters and Hawk jet trainers to the Swedish Air Force's Luftförsvarsövning 21 (LFÖ 21) exercise on 21–27 October 2021.

21.9.2021 | The Finnish Air Force will conduct the Ruska 21 air operations exercise on 4‒9 October 2021. Fifty aircraft and around 3,300 personnel will take part in the service’s main exercise at different locations across Finland. The Swedish Air Force will also participate in Ruska 21.
